Before payment
Checkout shows the currency, item or service charges, taxes, delivery and total. Review these details before authorising payment. A delivery issue or required seller confirmation may prevent payment until resolved. Payment methods are available only when enabled and shown in checkout.
Payment authorisation
Use a payment method you are authorised to use. Payments are processed through the payment provider shown in the payment flow. Saving a payment method or authorising later or scheduled payments requires the separate consent shown for that feature. Do not send card numbers or security codes through chat or support messages.
Finder’s fee and settlement
WBBAS deducts the offering’s finder’s fee from the provider’s successful receipts; this is not an extra buyer charge. The fee base is the discounted product, service or rental charge plus seller-retained handling or delivery. Tax/GST, refundable deposits, carrier pass-through charges and delivery tips are excluded. A configured item or rental-type rate overrides the category rate. Missing rates use that module’s configured default, initially 9% for products, 2% for services and 3% for rentals. Review the actual fee shown before publishing.
Instalments, refunds and records
Instalment fees are allocated proportionally to successful receipts, with rounding reconciled to the recorded total. Failed payments do not earn a fee. Refunds and reversals adjust the recorded fee and settlement once, using the original transaction facts. Settlement follows the applicable fulfilment and other existing deductions or holds. Your settlement record identifies your WBBAS account, receipts, fees, adjustments and net payable.

Contact support@wbbas.com promptly with the order or payment reference if a charge is incorrect. Cancellation, refunds and disputes follow the transaction terms and applicable law. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights.
